My young boy enjoys playing in the sand, gathering shells and paddling in the ocean, just like many other kids do. Even though we live close to the shore, he never gets tired of it. With its beach cottages, Whitby West Cliff Beach is a great place for kids to play because it’s sandy and offers lots of open space.

After, grab some ice cream and go down the pier. Just be mindful of gulls!
